American Floral in Irmo ALWAYS has GORGEOUS arrangements that last. On Friday, I received a bouquet for my birthday and was elated. However, after 3 hours of sitting on the counter at work, I noticed several flowers were wilting like they were dying. I pulled them out, clipped the ends and put them back in the vase. Saturday, they didn’t look any better. I called AF and spoke with Scott. He explained that they can’t control the packers that send them to AF. AF can only hope they get the freshest flowers, but that doesn’t always happen. He went on to tell me that AF dates them upon receiving them to ensure customers are getting the freshest flowers. The wilted flowers were the distributor’s fault. Scott is sending me a fresh bouquet on Monday. He even told me I could pick up a new one today. However, as it is the weekend and I already have plans and live 30 minutes away, I will receive my new bouquet on Monday. WOW - OUTSTANDING and UNBELIEVABLE customer service! I TRULY appreciate AF and highly recommend them!
