They never anwser the phone if they would it would be 5 stars i was calling to see about my flowers i bought from them and the status on them
I placed an order an accidentally provided the wrong address - I was contacted that day by phone to fix it, but unfortunately didn't realize until several days later. When I spoke with them by phone, they were pleasant as can be, took down the new address and delivered that same day - no extra charge. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend them if you're in the MC area.
So pleased with our order. Often when you order from out of town- even out of state- you worry if you will be pleased and get your money's worth. We could not have been more pleased with our order! We mentioned that our loved one enjoyed fishing and the outdoors and this is what was sent. Above and beyond expectation! Highly recommend them!
What a major disappointment from this flower shop. I ordered flowers for graduation a day early. They failed to deliver because they said there was a problem with my card. They left message at 12:18PM. I tried to call back for an hour. They closed at 12. The girl graduating did not receive her flowers.nThey had 24 hours to call me and get it fixed as the card was good so may have been she copied the number wrong.nTerrible way to run a business. Why leave me a message then refuse to answer?nNever do business with this place again.
Steel Magnolia's Floral Design definitely has the highest quality in the area. They are opened on Wednesday afternoon, and are the only ones open then that I know of. They seem to work with their customers more than any other business like them, and they put their customers and reputation before money and everything else. If you want the best quality AND great prices, this is the florist to visit. I also noticed they sell stuffed animals, beauty products, and wedding stuff
