I ordered flowers from 800- flowers who used this florist. They delivered the flowers not in the time frame given so no one was home and the flowers were left outside and wilted. I call 800 flowers who immediately called the florist let them know. Then scheduled another delivery with a different florist. This florist called my Grandmother to tell her they would be picking the wilted flowers back up. The driver who picked up the arrangement was rude and yelled at my grandmother . My Grandmother who had just got bad news from a doctor the day before. This petty driver choose to yell at MY NANNY! No one should ever use them!!! The owner response was that this driver has never had a complaint... So unless you need a moment ruined by poor professionalism use someone else!
Thank you Diane and the team.nI only shop local and since I live in NJ I looked up florists in Elgin and with good luck called this florist.nThey sent me a picture of the arrangement before they delivered it and I loved it.nThey suggested bright fall color flowers and since it was for a Birthday I asked if they had a watering can style holder since I know the recipient loves watering cans. Very talented and a great eye for color.nI highly recommend this business.

Zero stars.(Had to give 1 star just to post review) I wish he would have waited or read the before order google reviews, the arrangement was not beautiful AT ALL just looked thrown together dying edges on several flowers, broken pieces, no care instructions. My husband asked me if I loved them and I had to be honest and say NO one being that was the truth the other is I did not want him to think he found a florist that he could continue to go to. SAD
I had ordered flowers for my stepmother, for Mother's Day, through Teleflora. They utterly failed - no delivery, no notification to me by phone or email, but rapid charging of my credit card. I decided to try the florists in the area, and Elgin Flowers and Gifts were open and answered my call (unlike others, where I was expected to leave a message). The shop owner was very helpful and made sure that she knew what I wanted from their website, and she verified that they could deliver the flowers to my folks' address. I spoke to my stepmother the next day, and she told me that the flowers were delivered on the same day I ordered them, in the afternoon. I was thrilled, and will definitely use them again.
