I have purchased several arrangements from The Daisy Shop and they have always exceeded my expectations. I went to there location and they are always very helpful. You can tell there arrangements are thought out. Great Job!

I purchased flowers for my Aunt's funeral in Sumter for today. Based on conversation with the shop, I should have understood their process to be able to get my flowers delivered earlier than was delivered. The funeral was posted LIVE and I didn't see the flowers in position because they were delivered late. My Aunt was a wonderful woman and wanted to have flowers to reflect that. My cousin sent me picture and the flowered were just on the side away from her casket instead of being front center had they been delivered early enough. Im not really satisfied with the arrangement even though they said they tried. In discussing the situation, shop owner or worker became upset with me because I should have understood their process. That's not what I paid for. Oh, she told me not to call the shop again. I also had American Express on the line to hear the entire conversation. Trust me, I will not call your shop again as you told me not to, based on my experience...Wow your mad....and I should be satisfied with what you did. Also, good thing I followed my mind to call to see where the flowers were because they werent visible nothing would have been said. Always follow up and have pictures taken of your purchase. I spent all that time followy up on the phone until I missed the main portion of the funeral service. This was a really horrible experience...Sorry I can't accept this as professionally done because but wasn't . Flowers were not beautiful as I anticipated...not worth $145. Truly disappointed...

The florist did a fabulous job with my mother's birthday bouquet. The love was in the bouquet and in the balloons. My mother works the night shift and they were so accommodating with the delivery. Since I live in a different state, it pleased my heart to know that I could count on The Daisy Shop to deliver quality goods and service. I most definitely will return!
