When I ordered a balloon boutique for my granddaughters birthday. They were unable to give me a price. Fine, gave them my card number and told them to call, text or mail me a receipt. I never received none of the mentioned. Today I called to get my charges for my records. I was told that they were busy with a wedding and would have to pull my ticket to tell me what my charges were. OK, you had a wedding today, what about the last six days? All I wanted to know is, what did you charge me. This is no way to do business and I will certainly take my business where they're not too busy to give good customer service. My concerns about my money doesn't matter to them. But where I spend my money matters to me, and will certainly not be here.nI still don't have a clue what they charged me.
Lee and her staff are the best in the county. Hands down. From birthdays to holidays to even in mourning, the flowers are perfect and are just right. She handled my father-in-law's passing with professionalism.
Lee and her staff are AMAZING!! They did my March 2021 wedding and rehearsal at Debordieu and I couldn't be happier with their service and florals. Everything was so beautiful! Definitely hire Carolina Charm if you want beautiful flowers for any event!
I love this little boutique flower store! Super friendly staff and al ways willing to deliver or go the extra mile with ribbons and wrap. My go to gift shop!
