This is the best little flower shop. Cute fun gifts too!
I placed an order on December 23rd to be delivered on the 24th and they were (expectedly) out of some of the flowers in the arrangement. They called and offered a “designers choice” and they really came through! Gorgeous arrangement and incredible customer service. They even texted me a picture before the arrangement went out to make sure it was acceptable! Highly recommend!
This is a very cute floral shop! The ladies there are really nice. They have a nice assortment of specialty gifts and home decor...I will go back..
I am super disappointed with this florist. I had ordered flowers for an event in which I am not present for. I was relying on reviews and the website. I was comfortable until I couldn’t get a hold of them the following morning to ensure delivery. I then received an email from them (an hour before I needed the arrangement to arrive) stating that they were cancelling my order. I then had to find another reputable florist in the area to take care of me. I called the Petal Shoppe and they were amazing.
Absolutely best in floral design I've ever seen. Super friendly staff. They've done a lot of arrangements for my family and I've not once been disappointed.
