Called and ordered over the phone to pick up that same day. Ordered a deluxe “Teleflora’s Sapphire Sky” bouquet. Very nice staff on phone and in person. Upon arrival to pick up I was notified of a few flower substitutes they had to do and unfortunately they were out of the blue vase but they gave me a similar one that was still pretty. Bouquet was beautiful and so much better than anything you could get at a grocery store. Was a gift for my MIL and she loved it! Will be a repeat customer.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! 0 STARSnI paid $90 for 12 roses for my friends who lost their 9 year old son. They didn’t deliver them on his 10th birthday because they couldn’t get in contact with me to authorize $10 extra delivery fee!!! No where on their site does it say my delivery address will require an extra fee. They close at 1:00pm on Wednesdays so by the time I called them on my lunch break they were closed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! I am in unbelievable disbelief!!! When I called them the next day they showed no sympathy and only cared about their $10 extra delivery fee! This is what greed in America looks like.
Beautiful arrangements, live plants, live flowers, balloons, gifts, and cemetery flowers. I go here once every three months to get a new arrangement for my twin sister's grave. They always have a variety to choose from or will fulfill a special request. They are always very friendly and helpful.
