Emmie is the best. I called her on a moments notice to send a flower. She responded to my request immediately. She delivered a beautiful flower to my aunt within hours. If I could give this shop 100 stars I would. I called about an hour till close AND on Labor Day to see about getting some flowers for my grandparents anniversary. At first she said it wouldn’t be able to be delivered till tomorrow, but when she found out it was for our grandparents, she said she would personally help us out and get it done. Ms. Emmie, thank you so so so so sooooooooo much for your help and your kindness to us. Terrible go somewhere else!!!nOrdered a funeral spray for my very special aunts funeral. Got to funeral and NO spray!!!! No call text or email. They did not even try to let me knowing they were not going to do the flowers. Still have not heard a word from this business. To me flowers are the last gift you can honnor aloved one with and what they did was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and at such a hard time. Shame on them!!! I hope another family doesn't have to go thru this!!!!!
Horrible. Used their website to place an order (for a funeral) that never got processed. No apology and no explanation. Just horrible at customer service.
