Needed flowers sent asap to make my wife's day at work better. I didn't realize that they closed at 12 but they made haste with my order and got it to her fast. Very nice customer service, very fast response. I asked for a text to be sent to me when delivered and it was sent. That is good business. I will use again.
Beautifully done arrangements every time ❤
Ordered a corsage for a school dance. Beautifully done with special care. The man who did it for me was incredibly kind and stayed after hours so I could pick it up for the dance. One of the best acts of kindness I have ever had the honor to receive. I do recommend.
I called early in the afternoon on a Friday. Needed flowers to be delivered that evening to a performance. I was having problems with my phone cutting in & out, & Mitchell’s stayed with me until we straightened everything out. They asked questions until they knew everything I wanted, even down to the 6 year-old’s favorite color. I finished the conversation with such a good feeling that everything would be taken care of.nPerson I spoke with on the phone was very kind & patient with me, despite my annoying phone problems!
My aunt ordered a half casket flower arrangement for my mothers funeral and they did a great job.
