I called from Kansas , and the owner was amazing! Worked with me on the details for my order for my 7 yr old great nephew in Woodward, OK. He loved his surprise box of candy, a dinosaur, & balloons! I can tell from the pic he sent me, that the owner made it extra special for him. Happy Great Aunt here!
My father's funeral was held in Woodward. I want to thank The Bloom for writing down the address of the giver on the back of the cards in the floral arrangements. This made sending out thank you notes so much easier. Due to your thoughtfulness, you will be our go to florist in Woodward!

This place provided horrible customer service. A coworker of mine had placed and order for a plant to be delivered to someone’s home. Ordering was great however when it was time to deliver it was nothing but problems. Keeps in mind she paid the delivery fee just for them to call the person it was being delivered too to come pick them up. I’m sorry but if we’re myself and my mother just passed away I don’t have time to go and pick up a plant that was supposed to have been delivered to my home to begin with. So upon her calling ask expressing the issue and concern, She stated She would no longer do service with them due to the fact of she paid for delivery and someone the woman said “OKAY THATS FINE” like what business own does that ? Atleast refund her for the delivery that never happened.
Called and ordered a spring-like bouquet for my mother's birthday, needed same-day. Flowers were beautiful and they had a nice selection of miscellaneous gifts. My mom loved her flowers.
