Highly not recommended, visit a different Banfield Pet Hospital. Thank you for your canned response Banfield Pet Hospital. It was as meaningful as our dog’s life was to you. It’s a dangerous tight wire to walk on when speculations become medical diagnoses without proper testing that we were willing to pay for. You don’t bite the paw that’s fed you. Banfield Corporate has already been contacted for this complaint. There are some things that cannot be replaced or bribed. This review has been posted so people don’t make the same mistake we made with this particular Banfield Pet Hospital.

I have had a wellness plan with banfeild for years now. I have an elderly dog who has health scares every now and then. It’s nice to know I can go get her checked up for free whenever needed. The staff is very friendly & accommodating! I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment & they’re very honest with what treatment my dog needs. If you have an elderly/sickly pet I definitely recommend getting one of their wellness plans!

They were very thorough about my dog, but I felt that they were kinda sales pitchy about their monthly contract option. It did save us quite a bit of money over traditionally priced services, which I'm thankful for, but make sure you get the fine print before you agree to the contract to make sure it's right for you and your fur baby!

My West Highland Terrier is 13 yrs old. He has the insurance plan. Banfield texts, emails and makes a personal call when annual his ‘annual wellness checks is due. Easy to schedule. I also get discounts all care due to plan. The Midwest city location is professional.

Staff really great. Professional, kind and helpful.
