I just went in to make my first appointment ud83dude03 The Veterinarian's representative (nurse, receptionist and secretary)was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable and made me feel Maddie would be in good hands. The lobby was clean and mask and social distancing is posted and required. I will update after Maddie's appointment.
We've been going to Dr. Jorgensen for 35 years now. Started with him when we were newlyweds and got our first cat. Numerous cats and dogs later, I can vouch for the fact that there is no kinder, more caring vet in all the world. We travel 30 miles one way from Newcastle because we don't want any other vet. He has seen all three of our children born and grown up, always asks about them. He knows his business, too. I think he kept our golden retriever alive for many years longer than most due to erlichiosis (sp?) using a regimen of antibiotics and care. Great staff, too, and they stay with him a long time, which is a sign that he is good to work for. The one negative review in all the google reviews doesn't make sense; it's almost like he got Dr. Jorgensen confused with some other vet he visited because I can't even conceive of Doc talking down to anyone.
Friendly, helpful staff and vet. They got my babies in and out quickly and took care of the problem. Very happy with our visit.
Very friendly and clean took care of my puppy and all of his issues i think I have found my puppy his new vet. And his assistant very helpful
Best Vet in MWC! Dr J is wonderful with animals and has been my family vet for I over 30 years! I highly recommend you & your pets become patients!
