Second edit: If Dr Fruitt is not there, do NOT leave your pet there. My Minuet cat almost died because of technician Melissa. I brought him in on a rush Thu 11/5 with suspected urinary blockage, Dr. Fruitt not in and supposedly Dr. Kim filling in for her. Later on call with tech Melissa I was told he was assessed, tried to express his bladder and got some trickles so there's no blockage. She took urine sample through needle to the bladder through abdomen. Sample showed struvite crystals so he wasn't even assessed by a vet, was given an antibiotic and steroid shot and sent home with Hill's C/D bag of dry food (note, his bloodwork was already a wonky). As he didn't pee at all after that and in the morning threw up, and was getting lethargic and limp, I rushed him back in. Dr. Fruitt was there and she saw him first of all patients, catheterized him, drew blood work, and went into surgery after telling the tech to call me. She didn't call, I called after an hour after dropping him, tech lied and told me he had his bladder expressed, no damage to the bladder wall or kidneys, and that Dr. Fruitt doesn't do catheterizations and she was in surgery now and couldn't be talked to and wait for her call. After calling all the surgeons in the area to find one that does catheterizations in the idea that I'd just rush Finnegan there, while I was on the phone with one of them, his vet called with the actual real story. Finnegan HAD had blockage, bladder wall damage and urine backed up in his kidneys. He was kept with IV and catheter overnight, and he wasn't released until Saturday afternoon when repeated blood work showed his kidneys were back to normal. At that time he still needed his bladder expressed due to bladder wall damage. When I picked him up Dr. Fruitt gave me her personal cell in case something happens over the week-end. Fortunately he started to be able to pee by himself so he's still watched right now but doing fine. Dr. Fruitt rocks as usual. One of the best veterinarians to see my pets.nBUTnThat Melissa tech (and I say tech but I have a feeling she's just a veterinary assistant, big difference) shouldn't be working with animals, and definitely shouldn't behave like a DVM. She caused a lot of emotional turmoil to me and pain and suffering to my cat, not to talk about the money. This is how a bad employee can drag a whole business down.nHonest to God, If things wouldn't have gotten better and my cat wouldn't have recovered I would have sued the beejesus out of her. Not the business, it's not their fault, and definitely not when there's such a great doctor there. No. I would have sued HER. Melissa. And considering I have an adorable pure-breed cat who on top of everything has a fairly decent sized social network fan club and makes enough revenue to pay for more than his own food and expenses, that would have been more than small claims court.nnOld review: Dr. Fruitt is exceptional. Our regular vet has closed since the Covid-19 pandemic, and I was looking desperately for a new veterinarian, and after so many fails I finally found the best in my area.nI first visited Dr. Fruitt with my senior whippet, who has been surviving liver cancer for two and a half years. I thought that it was time to put him to sleep but dr. Fruitt determined that he most likely just had a bad UTI and still had quite a bit of good life left, and treated him and now almost three weeks later he's still alive and eating and playing and enjoying life. I then went to get my Minuet cat neutered and micro-chipped. Finnegan was very well taken care of and he's 5 days out of surgery and feels like nothing happened.nThe way that they do the curbside service is very well organized. The prices are super-reasonable.nDr. Fruitt just got herself a set of new patients.nEdit: Since I posted this my dog had to be put to sleep, as his health took a severe downturn. Dr. Fruitt and her staff were absolutely amazing and were super compassionate and professional. Made my dog's passing to the Rainbow Bridge a little easier, and he passed without pain and suffering.

I help an elderly friend get her Garlield-like cat here every year for a checkup. The staff is always kind and helpful, we get in to see the vet on time, and are out in an efficient fashion, but never made to feel rushed. There's always time for questions. The vets seem to genuinely care about both the pet and the pet owner.

Went in to take advantage of their 1/2 price special for vaccines. There was quite a line of customers, but it took less than fifteen minutes to get to see the doctor, and she gave my cat her shots and two capsules for worm prevention (Something I wouldn't want to try without armor...ud83dude2c) And a quick check over. All done in five minutes. This is my go to place for a local Vet, and pet supplies.

I have had Dr. Fruitt as a vet for several different animals and she has been great with all of them! Even my cat, who doesn't like to be held, did very well with her.nnDr. Fruitt is very personable and explains why things need to be done and the difference in treatments available. I have always requested the appointments for my animals be with her alone
