If I could post a picture of what I ordered vs what was received it would show a drastic contrast in value. The arrangement I ordered was beautiful and included a succulent which was the only factor in choosing this arrangement. It was symbolic. The vase/container was substituted, the amount of flowers was reduce by a rather large margin, and frankly did not look anything like what I ordered. Two and a half stars in light of trying to be somewhat understanding of small town availability. Though I feel their should have been some sort of communication and/or compensation for what was delivered vs what was ordered. Doesn’t seem too much to ask for when supporting local business. I’ll stick with UrbanStems from here on.

I respect the fact that Valentine’s is a busy day for flower shops, but even with consideration to the need to substitute flowers based on demand...what we ordered looked absolutely nothing like what our daughter received. Our order was a bouquet that was suppose to be red roses, white lilies, white daisies, and red carnations with a red vase for Valentine’s Day. What our daughter received was a bouquet with a few red roses, pink lilies, pink filler flowers and a clear vase. If I had wanted to send pink flowers I would have ordered a different bouquet. I will not order from this shop again.
