Staff was professional. Took all of our concerns pertaining to my mom carefully. Very beautiful service.

My husband would not have been viewable at his funeral if not for the fantastic, professional, breathtaking, job the staff performed. You would have had to see the before to appreciate the after job itself.nnI would highly recommend to anyone that Heritage Funeral home is who you want to take care of your loved ones .nnDirector Chris , you are totally on point. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone. My sisters and i where very displeased with the service Hertiage staff provided. 1. My fathers service was held in the foyer instead of a private church like room. 2. There was no viewing because the casket was supposedly delayed. 3. Flowers/plants where delivered but where not put out the day of my dad's service. We had to contact the florist and have them verify delivery before Chris Harrison would get off his butt to go look for them.nHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My Mother Ann Ellis viewing was 4/6/20 & it was a very peaceful homegoing. She looked so natural & asleep, we were so pleased at the excellent care she was shown. And the owner always spoke of her as Mother. I will recommend Heritage Funeral Home in the future to anyone who needs their services. My brother took care of the financial part & always had to bring it up, their not money hungry. Also, they never interrupted our viewing. God Bless the staff at Heritage Funeral Home❤

WIsh I didn't even have to put ONE star on this review. I am not happy with the services provided by this funeral home. The lack of concern for the families heartache was unreal. The gentleman, Chris Harrison , was more concerned with getting a policy number than allowing my sweet friends family to even gather their thoughts around the event that just took place. The day of the viewing - he was more concerned with what time they closed than allowing the family to grieve. He continually gave wrong information to loved ones who called to find out what time they could come and even stated as early as Noon. It is disheartening to know that in someones worst nightmare that the people they need to be able to rely on so they can be comforted couldn't be there for them. I don't recommend using if at all possible. I left this week with my mind unable to wrap around what I witnessed and felt for this family. They should absolutely be ashamed of how they conducted their business during this time. So sad. Amber J
