I have no doubt the care given in this clinic is good. I would not have been here otherwise. My experience was we had reservations for boarding while attending my son’s military graduation in North Carolina. My husband had gone to their clinic to see what kind of facilities they had for boarding. I was not there, but they said he was rude and shouldn’t have been around where he was — that he was no longer welcome at the clinic. Fine. I will make sure of that! But they called me on Saturday night to inform me that I could NOT board my dog at their place because of this!?!? And we were leaving early Monday morning. I had less than a day to find a kennel over the weekend. I felt this was very unfair and unnecessary. I couldn’t understand why they would punish me and my dog for what my husband did.(?)
Great place to get you pets cared for, I’ve been taking my dogs to Dr Seletha not long after she opened her clinic. 1st class operation!
My 16 year old daughter and I arrived at just before 730 with a 3-4 week old kitten who was very sick. After calling a 1/2 dozen times a lady who of course did not identify herself answered and refused to help our kitten. She would not come and look at him, talk to us, or even open the door. She stated she wouldn’t know what to do if she tried. She left him to die in their parking lot with my daughter holding him. I have never had a vet refuse to even try! I will never recommend them to anyone, they do not have an ounce of care for the animals they are responsible for caring for.
DR. Sanders, and there staff. Are so very friendly. Dr. Sanders is the best Veterinarian I have evernSeen. My little friends are taking care of very professionally.
I am so grateful to Dr Seletha and Donna. When it came time to put my 15+ year old dog, friend, companion to sleep, they explained and took care of everything in a kind and understanding way. Thank you so much.
