Dr. Kinkaid is the best! He's always so nice and understanding. He really cares about the animals. The rest of the staff are very nice as well. I won't take my fur babies to anyone else.
They’ve been very helpful and kind. They try hard to explain everything so we know what’s going on. Getting them on the phone or to return messages can be difficult sometimes, but they’re very good at the actual veterinary practice.
The nurses and assistants there are really nice, it’s just the doctor there who values his pride and money more than doing what he is supposed to do. If your dog is in need of serious help, do not give this place your business.
Had to take the hubby's dog here for quarantine observation after it bite me. They are a good place. I just didn't care for the failure to not update us during his 10 day stay. When you are being hospitalized for infection from the bite it would be nice to be updated every few days. They do see alot of this towns pets.
Wonderful place! Wonderful people! They care about you as the owner, and they care about the animals. They are very good at answering all questions and they work with integrity and honesty! Straight to the point and very, very good service!!! The only vet I'll take my animals to!
