I called and ordered two sprays in white vases for my sister's funeral. When we arrived at the viewing, some of the flowers were wilting and looked brown on the edges. The casket flowers and another spray ordered from here, had wilting flowers and some were even dead. I would recommend not to use this establishment.

Stay away!!!!! Horrible place to deal with. I had to place an order over the phone for a funeral, it was a white vase with a couple of different flowers in it. The lady who took my order almost instantly asked me for my CC info before even discussing what I needed (red flag). I stressed on how important it was to me to get a picture of the arrangement before it was sent out. I placed the order on 9/28 they delivered on 9/30 and I never received a picture or even a receipt for the purchase. I called and the same lady answered with a real rude attitude she literally said “yeah what’s up, who’s this and what do you need?” When I reminded her of who I was she claimed she forgot to take a picture of the arrangement before it head out and then she said she would go to the funeral home and get a pictured it WTH??? I sent a follow up email on 10/08 once again requesting a pic and a receipt, no answer!nnIt’s been 19 days and I haven’t heard from them. I’m starting to think they never even sent an arrangement. This is so wrong and frustrating, it was a $200 purchase of nothing!!! Stay away!!! These people are horrible at handling business and customer service is non existing.

Super friendly and great service. I received another call while I was initially calling them and had to hang up. They almost instantly called me back. They helped me pick out a beautiful potted plant to send to my mom and promptly delivered it to her. Very friendly despite that fact that that i called almost at closing time.
