I ordered flowers from this lovely establishment for the first time today, and the florist(s) did a simply amazing job!! I would recommend them to anyone, and will keep their info in my back pocket indefinitely... I'm not a smart man. :)
The House of Flowers did a great job! I spontaneously decided to have flowers delivered to a friend, and they made it happen the same day. The bouquet look amazing and were great surprise for the recipient.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife at Sheppard AFB and all I asked was that there were sunflowers in it. Not only where there sunflowers but my wife was in love with the whole piece. I called to place a phone order for same day delivery. I spoke with Sarah. After reading their positive reviews here online, I was surprised to have received such horrible customer service over the telephone. I thought to myself, maybe she was having a bad day but the constant whining and complaining when I asked questions about their arrangements gave me the impression that I was irritating her. When I first noticed it, I thought okay maybe it's just me thinking into it too much but as the conversation progressed it got worse and Sarah just became rude (her attitude was horrible). I was so appalled, I hung up and called Mother Earth Florist. Night and day difference. That's why they got my $160 order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOUSE OF FLOWERS & GIFTS.
