My hubby called and ordered me flowers for Valentine's, white and pink roses with lily's, and balloons, he picked them up from the flower shop and gave them to me about 10 minutes later, 1 balloon wasnt holding air, 2 Rose's were broke and most of the rest of the Rose's had brown all over and were wilting and dry looking, they looked like they had been in a cooler for several days already, he paid $140 for what you could buy at Walmart for $45 , it was horrible and we will never go back to this place, this was the 2nd time buying from here, the first time it was just an older lady and she did a nice job, this time it was others there and the flowers were terrible, I would never sale an arrangement to someone like that!! This place should be ashamed ripping people off like this

I bought a gorgeous flower arrangement from Added Touch for our 40th wedding Anniversary. During the night the bottom of the vase broke and all the water poured out and glass was all over the table the next morning. Took what was left of the vase and flowers back to the shop, explained the condition I found them in when we got up. They immediately took the flowers back, treated them and replaced the vase no questions asked. Also gave me a discount towards the next arrangement I purchase. That is The way you create customer loyalty. Can’t brag enough about Added Touch Florists.

Ordered a bouquet from this place. They asked if I could sent them a picture so they can have an idea of what I wanted . Well after all they did whatever they wanted to do. I’m so upset ud83dude2d this thing looks terrible. The flowers look dead.
