Flowers by Bob charged my credit card $101.53 for this arrangement sent for Mother's Day. I have ordered flowers for my Mom and for family funerals from Flowers by Bob for years and they have always been outstanding. Although this arrangement is cute, it certainly is not worth even half of what I paid. I called to speak with Crystal because she is the person who took my order over the phone and she was not interested at all in my concern and hung up on me. I guess I was just lucky previously.

I was wanting to send flowers to a funeral and was not familiar with any florist in the area. I called Flowers by Bob and was greeted with a very friendly, extremely knowledgeable person.. The quality of service and the flower arrangement was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Flowers by Bob.
