I lost my nephew and my family and I came from New Jersey for the funeral. I was blown away with the awesome care that Joyner's Funeral Home provided. They truly made the entire experience, which was very hard and sad for everyone, much easier. They provided my family and friends with EVERYTHING we needed. They went above and beyond with their outstanding service. I have NEVER been to a funeral service that took such great care of the families. Dell and John Paul and the rest of the staff were excellent in knowing exactly what we needed. They knew what to do, when to do it, and they are genuine in what they do. That speaks volumes! Escorted a group of senior church patrons via our church van to a visitation at the funeral home. Services & treatment was outstanding. Organization for a large attendance was well executed. Thinking ahead to the funeral on the following day, I was concerned about my group's 150 mile trip & seating at the church site. When exiting I approached a service agent to share my thoughts. After kindly listening he suggested I allow him to reserve a section for my entourage. I accepted. Upon arrival at the funeral service, I located the representative. He promptly ushered us to a seats designated for the group. Great work Mickey Grizzard ! Your thoughtfulness & follow thru are to be commended. To add to the experience, we were ushered out behind the family & set to follow the procession to the grave site. Thanks Joyner Funeral Home.
