This was a debacle from the beginning. The person we spoke to on the phone didn't know their own products or the prices. He asked if we got it from the website and how much it was. Then we told him what to write on the card. Here is what it was supposed to say:nnMike and Pam, We are grieving with you while also celebrating the extraordinary life of your mother. Psalm 34:18 - The Team at Vision.nnSee the pic for what we got. It was misspelled and it looks like the flowers came FROM Mike and Pam not to them.nnWe will never, EVER use The Gallery of Flowers again. What a mess.
The most beautiful wedding flowers for my Saturday wedding at the Bailey House Bed & Breakfast. No problem delivering, and they even made a floral collar attachment for our dog! Now that’s customer service!

I called on a Saturday for a last minute arrangement for my great aunt's funeral. They were so professional and had it done in time. It was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen and made my cousins (and myself) so happy. I will try to post a picture of it attached to this review.
The Gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful.. I had picked out a funeral arrangement with specific flower colors From the website and need delivered for the wake in 4 hours. I was extremely pleased and so was the Family. Will use Them for all occasions.
