This mortuary and cremation service did NOT do their job. My daughter was taken there from the morgue with jewelry on that we asked for. They said that they would clean the jewelry and return it to us when we came to pick up her ashes. There was a full description of the jewelry from the morgue. When we came to pick up my daughter's ashes, there was no jewelry. One of the items was a family heirloom that my daughter had inherited from her deceased grandmother. When your only job is to cremate a body and return the belongings to the family, and you don't do that. You haven't done your job. Where did that jewelry go?? Was it stolen by an employee? We did file a police report. They claim it was cremated with my daughter by accident. I still don't believe them. If you're smart, you will look elsewhere for cremation.
