I cannot speak highly enough about everyone that we interacted with. They all went above and beyond for my family. They listened to our request and made our very difficult time easier. From taking excellent care of our family ten years ago when my father passed away to 2 weeks ago when it was my mothers funeral we were planning, Stephen Aldridge and his staff are the very definition of exceptional customer service. Patient, understanding and extremely knowledgeable, Stephen takes time to care for each family and situation compassionately. At a very difficult time for families, the details are handled flawlessly and very timely by the staff with genuine care and concern. They truly help every step of the way with professional yet very personal assistance and advice. Stanly Funeral Home makes you feel as if you are the only family they are assisting at a very delicate time. For our loved ones' funeral needs, we would only consider Stephen and his staff at Stanly for the outstanding way they treat us as family. Would give 6 stars if possible!
