This is 1 awesome florist and the ladies that greet you at the door are AWESOME!! They have recently moved and are in a better location for view. They have reasonable prices and are the best place for all your floral needs in Clinton NC

Buyer beware! I called the funeral home that my grandmother was being buried by and they gave me this florist’s number. I called them and let the lady there know that I was remote and wasn’t going to be able to make the funeral but that I would like to get a beautiful floral arrangement for my loving grandmother. She was nice on the phone and took my order for the expensive floral arrangement. When i talked with my father a few days later and asked about the floral arrangement he said “what floral arrangement, there were only a few large ones but nothing from you.”. Imagine my horror now wondering WHY the nice floral arrangement t I had picked out for my grandmother’s funeral that I couldn’t attend had not arrived.nnI then jumped on the phone and left a message, of course no call back. I kept repeatedly trying to contact the florist and never got a return call or an answer. TOTAL RIP OFF !!! If i hadn’t called my father I would have never known, theynpreyed on the fact that I had mentioned i wasn’t going to be able to make her funeral and took advantage of that and decided to try and keep the money ! I called my CC and filed an immediate claim, sure enough I got my $ returned by the CC folks as they said the merchant never responded ! Beware these crooks, they not only tried stealing my money but they succeeded i stealing a memory of my grandmother’s funeral!

This year mom's birthday snuck up on me, I was able to call up Edna's and have them deliver a beautiful potted calla lily to her job the same day! Mom got her lilies a couple hours after I placed the order! The price was very reasonable too, especially considering how beautiful the lilies are and that it was a same day delivery. The woman who took my order was very nice and courteous and efficient. Our entire call was less than 5 minutes. Great customer service. Beautiful flowers. Reasonable price. I can't thank the folks at Edna's Florist enough!

Today is my sister's wedding day and she was scheduled to pick up her bouquet today. She got there and they were closed. BEFORE 12. She finally got ahold of Lisa and she didnt even have it ready. We ordered it a month ago. Please tell me why you would use lavender colored flowers over actual lavender when someone asked for actual lavender? I am beyond upset, my sister is unbelievably stressed, and I cant believe they think this is acceptable. Paying for something like this is absolutely ridiculous. If there were issues with the bouquet they should have gotten ahold of us! Just not worth the trouble at all. Terrible experience.
