Horrible customer service. I sent flowers for a funeral. I had them arrive the afternoon before so they would be there for sure. The flowers were delivered as promised. I was told they weren't at the funeral. The funeral home gave them to the wrong family and then argued with me about it. They placed minimal blame on themselves and tried to say it was the fault of the florist. The florist did what was asked. They could have taken two seconds to check the card and make sure the flowers were given to the correct family. Disappointing and insulting.
Gail and Sarah are wonderful .I have had 2 of my lioved ones their at Fern Creek and am a 1000% pleased with the service and quality I received
They have taken care of both my parents and this place is absolutely wonderful!
I have used this funeral home for all my family. I think that they give the highest of service. They are family owned and treat you like family.
Within the past couple of months, we have had to bury our step father and our mom. We could not ask for any better group to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled to our requests. Everyone we worked with were exceptionally support and helpful. They earned and deserve so many more than just 5 stars!!!!!!!!
