It's one thing to charge $15 more just because it's Valentine's Day (not including all the delivery up-charges) but when I get a poem my husband wrote for me (he's out of the country 3-4 months at a time), and it is printed on the back of another customer's invoice, with all their personal info? That's tacky! My husband typed it. All they had to do was print it. Makes me wonder how safe the food is.
I always come to this Edible Arrangement this time the fruit wasn't really fresh. The strawberries looked old, tasted old. I said something to girl she said oh it's a lot of in there. We made those today ! I wasn't worried about the amount. I wanted fresh strawberries. Customer Service wasn't the best either !
moldy fruit was given to me (and clearly other customers per reviews) for mother’s day! i’m going thru HOOPS for a refund! very displeased! will never go back to this location. wish i knew how to add photos to my review
Our arrangement for our mother was FULLL of moldy strawberries!! This pic was taken SAME DAY!! ud83eudd2eud83eudd2eud83dude21 I will never use the 6515 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291 location EVER again! They also refused to replace or refund our order, then hung up on me when I asked for the employee's name!! RUDE, and totally unprofessional!! Wish I could give them 0 stars!
