I live in a different state and ordered some flowers for my mom. She loves getting flowers, but hates when I go above and beyond to go to a florist rather than go to the grocery store. Because we're in different states now this is the only way to get flowers to her. I got a much better arrangement than the grocery store for a VERY fair price. She absolutely loved them! I ordered them around 8:30 am and they were delivered before 11 am the same day! I was so happy with the service and so happy that my mom loved the flowers. As long as my mom is local I will use this service for every occasion! My only regret is that I didn't take the time to browse the other arrangements!
I'm in another state and called to order flowers for my aunt. They are beautiful and the customer service is incredible. Nice people and she got her bouquet the same day!

Order flowers for my mother in laws casket spray and I can honestly say I was meet with compassion and willingness to help in any way. we had to order at last minute do to passing on Monday , arrangements made on Tuesday and it was a Holiday weekend. The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful, I couldn't ask for anything better.
The team at Flowers by Billy were exceptional to work with! I live in Tennessee and needed a large centerpiece arrangement delivered two days later. I needed to adjust the card I'd typed out online and after taking care of that we reviewed my order to learn that some of the flowers in the arrangement I'd selected weren't available. The team - including Billy - took down my preferences and made sure something exceptional was delivered. The recipients were absolutely delighted and I think the makeshift arrangement was even more beautiful than the original. Highly recommend - well priced, excellent service, five stars!
