After being charged for a dozen flowers when I only recieved 8 , 2 years ago I vowed to never do business with them again, However, this Valentine’s Day I ordered a dozen Carnations to be delivered to my wife’s Job. They delivered a dozen roses. I called them and them and returned the roses for Carnations. They did try to make it right but didn’t have the White Carnation that I was promised . After paying to have them delivered and having to take them back was an inconvenience ! I am sure that was my last business dealings with them.
Did not deliver flowers as promised on Valentines Day! I got off work to find out what happened. Flowers were not even made up and no one could give me an answer. I would not recommend this Agency unless you want to be disappointed.
These people are awesome I love thier arrangements. And they helped me surprise my daughter for mothers day .thanks yall.
Went to have one balloon inflated. They barely inflated it saying it wouldn’t hold anymore. And acted like they couldn’t tie the balloon so we had to do it ourselves. It wouldn’t even float!!! Charged $5 for barely blowing up that one balloon!! If I could give a negative star I would. Definitely do not recommend!
My family owned a flower shop in Alabama for about 15 years. So this positive review is not just about the final product pictured...but about the whole experience. The shop was nice, I was helped immediately, and the conversation was quite pleasant. I would highly recommend this shop. I will certainly be a repeat customer!
