I called this morning, the day before Valentine’s Day, and requested a delivery for my mother in law. The woman that answered the phone was so helpful and nice. On the busiest weekend of the year, she went above and beyond to make sure Grandma got her bouquet. When they got to the house, she wasn’t home but was still at work. Rather than just leaving it at the house, they went to her job and hand delivered them to her. She called us in tears thanking us for sending them but the florist we chose actually went the extra mile to make her day special. Thank you so much for your help!
They turned out absolutely beautiful! They are so nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend their services
I know from my vo-ag flower arranging courses when I was in high school you don't leave leaves attached underwater (Google it) Rose petals are browned on the edges. Meh. There really isn't a spectacular florist in the area, so I guess you get what you get. Still always nice to have flowers delivered, but they could take a little more time and effort to deliver a quality product.
This place never gives you what you order. Either the flowers are completely different or they don't give you the right amount of flowers and the owner will not fix the issue. Beyond dissapointed with this place but luckily there are several other area florists who run honest businesses and were glad to help me after my awful experience here. Do yourself a favor and get your flowers somewhere else.
Buyer beware! You will not get what you pay for. I ordered 2 dozen roses, for my wife, through the website. She only recieved 1 dozen and Frank would not make it right and refused to honor the prices that are clearly posted on the website. This isn't the only time he has done this either. The time before He did the same thing. When confronted he brought the rest of what I paid for BUT NOT THIS TIME! He refused. His only offer was to come get all the flowers from my wife and refund. That was absolutely ridiculous. Nearly 90% percent of the times that I used them, they either didn't put the right flowers in the arrangement and looked nothing like what is advertised OR they are scamming you out of flowers. I should never have trusted them again. After going through this, we have been made aware of the countless others who have been scammed by this business. Spend your money elsewhere! We will never use them again.
