Drummond's Florist and Gifts

The flowers were fresh and vibrant. Same day delivery happened early in the day! I will definitely use Drummond's again. They seem to care and have that special touch!

TLDR; Great Florist shop that I would use again.nnMy experience: I purchased a $60-$70 dollar arrangement on 02/12/2021 for my wife to be delivered on Valentines Day 02/14/2021 at her work. I've never dealt with a florist and don't have a great deal of interest or knowledge about flower arrangements in general, whereas my wife's experience on the other hand is more akin to that of a floral aficionado (maybe a bit of an exaggeration but nonetheless :P ).nnIn any case, this meant I had no clue what to get or what im looking for if I am being honest. I walked in, was confronted by a young lady who asked me the specifics of my order (such as who it was for, what the occasion was, what colors id desire, etc.) Due to some correlation with the custom message I intended to add to the arrangement, I decided to go with some white and purple's, so I just told em that would be good picks.nnThey collected some information pertaining to my name, the name of who the arrangement was for, my custom message, etc into their system and gave me some example price ranges of the various arrangements they could do which were from $50 - $300. Granted, my wife is probably the best wife one could ever have, but I wouldn't even gift myself a $300 arrangement (that and she'd probably kill me even if I did) so I went with something in the $60-$70 range.nnAll in all the experience was very streamlined and guided for someone with absolutely no experience in such matters which is always a plus. It was quick to get in and out (I was on my lunch break from work so this was a plus!) Alot of helpful ladies there to assist you in purchasing what you need. I gave them a delivery window of 10:30ish to 3pm initially before finding out later that evening my wife's schedule had changed to 2pm. I scurried away with an excuse to give them a call to which they adjusted the window for me later that evening.nnThe flowers were delivered successfully in the time window with no fuss. Guessing it was somewhere around 12pm they were delivered given the very happy post from my wife on FB shortly after that time :PnnAll in all, I was happy with the final result, and more importantly happy that it made my wife happy. I would definitely use this florist again.

The staff here is wonderful and they do beautiful work! I live out of town but most of my family lives in Rocky Mount. Renae is always so helpful and patient helping me decide what I want to order without being able to see everything there. But if you are in RM you should stop in to see all their adorable gifts and beautiful work! Joyce

We had an arrangement sent to one of our clients and they loved it! Drummodn's also came up with a wedding bouquet for me on the spur of the moment- and it was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend
