Paul Murphy was a pleasure to work with. He was understanding and empathized with me during the loss of my mother. He kept in contact with myself and my sister through the whole process, and ensured that we had absolutely everything we needed. I can't explain how comforting this was during such a difficult time. Staff was professional and very caring to our needs.
Very nice services. Staff was truly carrying and organized. Pastor, too, was a gentleman.
My grandmother's funeral was very unorganized. The staff gave no direction and was not helpful. Prices were outrageous. $200 for a guest book and memorial cards?!?! I would not recommend them, use a funeral home in Bryson City or another nearby town.
