Out of 17 vets that we called, they were the only ones that would take us for our bunny, Moo. We told them what was happening and their first words were asking us how soon we could get there. They were very quick with their work, they took him in immediately and got us a diagnosis within 10 minutes. Although unfortunately our Moo had to be euthanized, they did an amazing job. They were all so sweet to us and Moo in his last minutes. They may be an hour away but I am forever grateful for them.
Crestwood is not our usual vet, because it's a pretty far drive. However, we had a semi urgent issue come up with our dog, and they were able to accommodate a Saturday appointment. They took great care of Jingle, and Dr Young even called a couple days later to check on him. The price was super reasonable for an emergency visit and procedure.
Dr. Young and staff at Crestwood Animal were quick to respond to an emergency situation with one of our pets. They were very kind, compassionate and gentle. The charges were very reasonable!! I am so pleased.
They are a pet lifesaver!
Absolutely the best place to take your pets especially if you have a bird. They made everything easy to understand and we’re very kind. My birds never come back to me super stressed out unlike with other places. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I will forever take my conures here!
