Would give zero stars if possible.nnOrdered a bouquet for my wedding and when I went to pick it up she had closed down the whole store and put a note that she was out on a delivery. After a wedding with no flowers, I showed up asking for a refund which was initially refused until I had to listen to her berate and lecture me about how this was somehow my fault. I got my money back thankfully, however she had to pull it from her purse and not a register and did now have the amount to fully cover the refund (She was short $2.80). Do not ever fool yourself into thinking this is a legitimate business.

So I went down there to place an order for my wedding (elope) bouquet, to pick them up next day (the actual day of the wedding), we told the lady we will be there at noon, and of course between everything we needed to get done we couldn’t make it at noon, so we went by at 2:00 pm. THE PLACE WAS CLOSED “on delivery”, so I HAD NO FLOWERS ON MY WEDDING.nnAfterwards, we went by to ask her for a refund and she denied it at first saying we were supposed to be there at noon and not at 2:30. After a whole huge argument, where among other things she mentioned that the problem with our generation is that we don’t care. She eventually ended up giving us the money, but not after an attempt to lecture us about how we were the ones that were wrong. The whole situation sucked really bad!!!nnDo yourself a favor, save yourself the trouble, and let her go out of business.

My husband's grandmother passed away and my mother ordered flowers from them and they never arrived. My mother tried to call them and the voicemail said they were closed. The time has passed now. They already have their money. We will be reporting them to the BBB.

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me and opted for delivery as to surprise me. The lady told him they would be arriving midmorning. He knew I would be leaving at 2pm for a class so this was perfect. They didn't arrive until after four and I was not there to receive them. He expressed his concern with the delivery guy and his response was he could take it back. The item was already paid for and it was late on Valentine's Day already so he reluctantly took it. He called the shop today and the same lady answered stating her original delivery man called out that day and she had put extra flowers and added a balloon to the arrangement so she felt she did her part. To say the least we were both highly dissatisfied with are experience.
