My family couldn't be with my mother-in-law for her birthday, so we were looking for something fun to send to her. I remembered that I had used Bears, Balloons and Beyond in the past for several large corporate events and they had always done a great job. I wasn't disappointed!nI placed my order online on Monday and it was delivered as requested today on Wednesday. They also took time to take a picture of my beaming mother-in-law with her balloon bouquet and send it to me. That meant so much to my family since we couldn't be with her. I would highly recommend them for both business and family events.
We’ve done business with Bears Balloons and Beyond for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. Renee and hubby, Lanny Miller work like a well-oiled machine to create magnificent parties.... They’ve handled the decorations from soup to nuts at our kids’ special occasions, weddings and birthday parties. We’ve been awestruck by Renee’s signature artistry with flowers and balloons. Her creations absolutely bring a party to life. From big parties to simple floral arrangements, they always deliver a high quality product.
They have always been so professional and pleasant to deal with. Anytime I have ordered from them it was a very short time before I would receive a picture of my beautiful bride with a big smile holding her flowers. BEARS BALLOONS AND BEYOND is the only place I will order from.
These folks are awesome! Lanny’s customer service was out of the box, wonderful. I explained to him how I could not be there for my sons 21st bday, and he treated us like family! My son felt very special as Lanny snapped a pic of him in his dorm room with the balloons, and sent it to me. I felt like I was there! Love love this team! I am in New Orleans, La., and I contacted Bears, Balloons and Beyond, in North Carolina, in an attempt to deliver balloons as a birthday surprise to my daughter, who's at school in North Carolina.nWell, I tell you, these people are MAGNIFICENT!!!! They took the stress and hard work out of planning a party, long distance!!nEveryone was always so courteous, helpful, and had a positive attitude whenever they were contacted!! SHOUTOUTS TO:nThe young lady who answered my initial phone call, Mattisha, who helped me with the balloon order and gave me names of nearby cake shops; the manager, Renee who was awesome with wrapping up the logistics of the order and even scheduling the pickup of the cake with its delivery with the balloons to my daughter, for a nominal fee; Audrey who would take my calls and forward messages to Renee; and finally the driver, Lanny, who was the best!! He was perfect with his timing of the delivery, as we had a Zoom call in place, with family and he really helped my daughter feel special on her Special Birth Day!!nWe would not have been able to pull this SURPRISE PARTY OFF WITHOUT the SUPPORT and ASSISTANCE from the GREAT STAFF at BEARS, BALLOONS and BEYOND!! P.S. The cake was affordable, beautiful and my daughter said, delicious!!
