This is a very professional place and has reasonable prices. My child hood friend, Dr. Reynolds works here (Ask for him!). He and the other staff made us very comfortable and able to be there when we had to let go of our beloved cat.

They were totally amazing. The staff member that came out and got our dog she was friendly she explained things she was great with our dog. The vet that saw our dog was awesome when he called us. We are so excited to have a new vet.

They were great! I really liked the vet as he came out to the car to go over my pet health issues. Staff very nice and courteous! Prices were affordable! Will continue to go to them!

Dr. Shelley provided excellent care to my 3 yr old cat, Bubby, who had been struggling for a year and a half with constant urinary blockages. If you know anything about this condition, it is extremely life threatening for male cats, and if it cannot be controlled with diet (usually it cannot), then the only other option to stop it from happening is to get what's called a perineal urethrostomy, or P.U. Surgery, for short. We had spent close to $4000 over the course of a year & a half due to emergency room visits & such. The big hospitals, i.e. Metropolitan, Jefferson, Blue Pearl, all quoted almost $4,000 to have the surgery done! We were literally at the end of our rope and devastated at the thought of our little guy dying because we couldn't afford treatment. That's where Dr. Shelley & his staff came in. I called the office & not only were they able to schedule the surgery super fast, the quote I received for the entire procedure, including the after surgery checkup visits was less than $1100! Dr. Shelley was super nice, explained exactly what would happen, kept us informed, and provided excellent after surgery care. He didn't rush things, and made sure he was doing what was best for Bubby. I could not be more grateful for Elk Creek, I literally don't know if Bubby would be here today if we had not called them. I am forever grateful! If you're looking for a place that will not just provide fantastic care to your babies, but will also not completely devastate your bank account, you would do well to choose Elk Creek. Highly, highly recommend.
