These ladies were amazing! I had an emergency with my baby and they brought him right in and made me as comfortable as they could in the situation. I was distraught. They are excellent and let you know what they are doing to your pet. The cost is discussed and they let you know up front. Excellent service.
I can not say enough great things about this facility, the doctor, and the staff. They took excellent care of my dog and went above and beyond the call of duty. They also did a follow up text the next day. They truly care about their patients and their families.
Dr. Stumpf is wonderful! She listens, answers all my questions, and goes over options with me. I love the wellness plan option as well. With my older cat, it is helpful. I have been looking for a new Vet for my babies and so glad Dr. Stumpf was recommended. She is a compassionate doctor! The techs are so kind and sweet to my little boy. They send me pics of him enjoying himself, which feels really good that her is getting attention when I have to drop him off. They even have a cat room for playing-Mr.B loves that & it helps ease his anxiety around going to the Vet.
My vet didn't have any same day appointments so they suggested petvet365. Everyone there was friendly, caring and helpful. Because of covid I couldn't wait with my Moonshine but they took care of my baby and even sent a photo and updates on him. They even followed up on him the next day. A+ care, Thanks for all you do.
