Walked in for the 1st time today. I felt very welcome with a peaceful atmosphere that felt like my own home. They had beautiful arrangements with other beautiful gifts. Ms. Green was very awesome, helpful and beyond polite. After arriving home with my wife flowers and my daughter flowers they were soo happy and excited. I'll always do my floral business here. Great job Greens!!!

Mrs. Beulah is an absolute gem!! She asked what I was looking for, occasion and if I had anything particular in mind — and then the magic started! She made me a beautiful small arrangement on the spot. Customer service was great, creativity and care was wonderful. Overall is was such a pleasurable purchase. I have a new florist for sure — and that’s Mrs. Beulah!!

I recently placed an order for my sister’s birthday and everyone raved about the arrangement. The staff was courteous and professional and did excellent work. I highly recommend them for all floral needs.

I hate to give a negative review to a local business during a pandemic, but unfortunately my recent experience with Green's leaves me no choice. I ordered flowers through their website, to be delivered for Valentine's Day to a High Point resident, and they didn't come through on the delivery. When i followed up the day after the scheduled delivery, they said, we were overwhelmed, we will deliver them today, but did not. When I followed up the following day, they blamed everyone from me to some third party company who runs their website, then a man got on the phone and told the woman I was talking with to hang up on me. They claim they've given my money back, but nothing has been refunded. They also followed up with an email telling me to get it RIGHT when I communicate why they fowled the order up. My experience with them has been inability to delivery and very poor service.
