I orders flower as a thank you to my daughter and the flowers were so beautiful. I selected florist choice and next day delivery.m. We will definitely use Peter’s Flower shop again in the future.
If I could post NO STARS I would. The delivery experience was HORRIBLE. The paper that was used to take all of DEBIT CARD INFORMATION, arrangement information AND THE MEMO ON THE CARD was the same paper used to sign off on the delivery. So someone was driving around with my card info in plain sight. I wanted my name anonymous because the memo I had written on the card was an inside joke. The individual I had them delivered too seen my name, the amount of the arrangement AND the memo that was on the card. ALL BEFORE SHE OPENED THE CARD. Took the surprise completely out of the delivery. Ruined a great valentines experience. I called to let them know about the delivery and all I received was “This isn’t how we normally operate.” Will never use them again and if you want a GOOD memorable delivery experience DO NOT choose this unprofessional company.
The flower arrangements are much more appealing than those in the local area and the price is reasonable. However, I do not recommend this business to anyone. When I went to place an order today, I was able to successfully place the order through their website. However, about an hour later I was refunded my money with no reason provided. When I called to inquire why it had been refunded, the representative told me that it was because they would be closed. When I recommended that the company make that clear on their website, through their Google My Business, or when someone goes to check out for delivery on those days, the representative scoffed at my suggestion. I would recommend that the company speaks with whomever was answering their phones today as her attitude should not be what is representing your company to the public and community at large. I will not go through this store again as their service is rude, and they do not think it is important to inform their customers about changing business information and availability.
The bouquet that I chose from the online selection was pretty however, the bouquet that was delivered was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely use this florist again and highly recommend!
I received flowers for my birthday and they were beautiful! The flowers today look as if they were just delivered. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. The customer service was excellent and the delivery man was friendly, as well.
