A horrible location to deal with. The “owner” doesn’t have any idea what the definition of customer service is. I placed an order that included the gourmet cupcakes to be delivered on Good Friday. At 5 pm Thursday, the day before delivery, I received a call saying they weren’t available. The “owner” blamed everyone but herself for the issue. However a store just 20 minutes away had plenty including for last minute orders. My last time dealing with them.

I Love Edible Arrangementsud83eudd70. My favorite so far has been there chocolate covered strawberriesud83cudf53ud83cudf53ud83cudf53ud83cudf53. I call by phone to place my order and in less than an hour at times my order is ready for pickup. Everything is made fresh. Due to the pandemic worldwide, they have curbside pickup only and literally bring your orders right out to you in your vehicle. I've ordered three times now and have earned a free oneud83dude03.

I would like to first thank Ms.Wanda for her assistance. I live in Virginia and this pass weekend was my grandma’s 65th birthday. The ordered didn’t get delivered at the time I requested and had melted; BUT the young lady who I believe was a manager on Saturday told me to call back if it wasn’t to my liking and they would fix it. I called back today and Ms.Wanda who I have been working with through this process made sure we were satisfied. They will remake the arrangement for my grandma and now she can enjoy it. Overall a VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. Thank you guys for y’all your help.

Edible Arrangements is my “go to” for special occasions, and I have utilized various stores across the country. I’ve never had a bad experience until now. I ordered the arrangement this past Friday for delivery on Saturday. It was for my sister-in-law’s birthday. It is now Sunday, and the arrangement was never delivered. Neither of us has been contacted by the store. We both called the store multiple times, but can only get an answering machine. We’re unable to leave a message since the mailbox is full. I live in San Diego so my sister-in-law will have to drive to the store tomorrow to request a refund on my behalf. No communication. Very disappointing!
