Most professional, committed and knowledgeable staff in the labor and delivery Ward also new mother and infant ward. Appreciate all the staff that participated in the delivery of my grandchild and the amazing care you gave to both my daughter and granddaughter afterwards.
Only one nurse out of 10 got on my nerves! The rest were sweet and very helpful! No reason to repeat 3 times instructions when its alot to take in for a patient.nI wasn't the patient but a family member of a different name! Would of given 5 star if it wasn't for that experience!
They open at 10:00. I called at 9:58. The phone was answered by a sweet woman by the name of Gladys. She was very helpful, pleasant and sweet all the way around. A new baby girl in the family early this morning and thanks to Gladys, the new Mommy and Baby will have beautiful flowers and balloons to show love from home. Thank you for making this special day even more special :)nnGladys rocks!!!
My husband was impressed with his service. Not my visit.
