I did not realize that there was another florist around Lincolnton. I found this wonderful florist, Kathy's. The arrangement was made to send to my friend in the hospital. Such a beautiful arrangement. So pleased.
Very nice lady i don't like some comments on here if your not willing to say something nice than please don't say anything at all unless you truly know them on the inside.
I can’t speak on the quality of flowers or on all the staff, but the customer service is less than unacceptable. I ordered a floral arrangement via Flower Shop Network for my wife’s birthday and the order never delivered, nor did we receive a phone call or email stating the order would be cancelled until 6 pm on the night of her birthday. When I called the listed number, Kathy answered the phone and cut me off, raised her voice and pretty much told me I need to call the Flower Shop Network when the site boldly gives her phone number for help on cancelled orders. I didn’t receive the help, and have not received a refund yet. I would highly recommend going to the shop in person or calling her directly if you plan on placing an order.
She is very nice and has helped me with my daughters prom making an absolute beautiful wristlet corsage at a very reasonable price as well as several beautiful arrangements for some love ones we have lost. She has never disappointed me.
Kathy did a beautiful funeral flower arrangement for me. It was gorgeous..
