Josh. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how you helped this weekend with my Grandma's service. You live up to your mission for your service to community and then some. Your kindness, compassion, and understanding speak volumes in a family's time of need. I also appreciated the calming presence you had. The last thing you ever want to do is to make funeral arrangements for a loved one. It's a hard and stressful place to be in life. Josh and his staff were so patient and understanding. With so many decisions to face and things to take care of, I really don't know if I would have gotten them completed with out these folks. They answered all my questions and even offered some advise for other things I needed to make sure that I took care of quickly.
