Very disappointed in what I received compared to what we discussed. The cross on his website is not what I got. The only change we discussed was pink and red roses instead of yellow roses. When I arrived to the funeral home even one of my family members said your flower is not here because it did not look like it was pictured. Several people told me to call and speak with him because of their disappointment as well. He took offense and started making excuses instead of trying to rectify the situation. Told me I did not understand cost and pricing but I did understand that I spent $300 on something I did not receive! I would not be doing this google review but because of the attitude he took with me I thought I would let others know what to expect. Definitely will not use Michael Horne to do anymore arrangements for me if he cant deliver what is pictured!!!!! #Whereistherosesash

Micheal and Alan are wonderful. They have such beautiful and original gift ideas. My husband and I live this place.
