I ordered two bouquets for a funeral in Newton on November 7th, the funeral was on the 9th. Neither arrangement looked like the FTD pictures I ordered from. The most expensive one looked somewhat like the picture, but had lots of greenery and not as many flowers as the picture, and no ribbon. The flowers were not the right color of pink and it did not look the same quality as the picture reflected. I would have rated a 3 based on this arrangement. The basket of flowers I ordered looked like something I wouldn't have purchased at any price. I was told they had all the flowers except one to make this arrangement. The arrangement was just plain wierd, it was mostly greenery and had irises and flowers that did not look good together. This arrangement I paid for the upgrade on. Not worth the original price without the upgrade. Looked nothing like the picture at all, except it was in a basket. I'm out of town and was sent pictures of the arrangements and was told they didn't think this is what I ordered. I've been trying to reach this florist since November 8th. My landline does not ring when I call this number, my cell gives me a message to input a code to get through. Based on the second arrangement and not being able to get in contact with this florist to resolve the issue in the 10 day timeframe, I rated them a 1. I feel that I got poor service because they knew I would not be there to complain or see how bad the arrangements were. Highly dissatisfied with the quality, not worth the price.

I use them a couple times a year for flowers and such. I live in East Tn and they have always sent quality stuff out to my mom. There isn't anyone even close to how good they are in Newton.
