Pollen is a great one stop shop for all gifts and floral arrangements. The florists are so talented and always create exactly what I need. The shop is adorable and has something for everyone but the best part is the service is top notch! Pollen is the BEST around!!
I (Amanda Caleb’s fiancé) placed an order yesterday to have a delivery made to my mom for Mother’s Day. Received the order number and everything was great. Then while waiting on the delivery I make sure that my mom is going to be home for this and it never shows up. Come to find out the order was cancelled and when asked why I was told “we just have too many orders”. This was supposed to be a special moment for her that she now will not receive being that all florists are closed and Mother’s Day is tomorrow. The order was placed yesterday and went through. An email was sent today around 11:30 saying that it was cancelled and the money would be back in my account in a few days. So IF that had been the only money that I had to spend on something I wouldn’t even have it back in time to get something else. Not everyone checks emails constantly so I did not even see the email until around 4:pm. Aggravated is an understatement. Online orders shouldn’t be able to be processed if you are over loaded and a phone call would have been sufficient.
They did an incredible job at my wedding flowers!!!! They also have the cutest gifts in their shop!! Stopping by is just like visiting friends with the sweet ladies who run it!
