The very nice gentleman at this florist answered with only an hour left until closing on a Saturday.nHe was so kind and helpful and made a sympathy arrangement for me on the same day at the last minute and even delivered it on time.nI had contacted other florists in Ocean springs before this one and they had said “no” and one was even rude to me.nI am so grateful and appreciative. They went above and beyond.
Very happy with their customer service! I had an issue with the original order not quite being what I expected. They resolved the issue quickly and without question. They definitely earned my repeat business.
Ive been in the hospital and my best friend ordered me a arrangement from here. Its absolutely beautiful and after 6 days still just a pretty. She said the cost was reasonable too.
The only florist I will use locally. After bad experience with 1800 flowers I called lady Di and they were super professional and superb customer service. They got my order out and delivered for less money than 1800 flowers. Best Florist I have ever dealt with.
