Great experience! I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mom’s birthday since I am out of town. From the order over the phone to the initial delivery of the flowers to her, we’re beyond incredible. She loved the flowers so much she couldn’t take her eyes off of them even days later! Matthew did an amazing job and his customer service was top notch. Thank you guys and I plan on using this company in the future when needed.
Fulfilled my next day delivery like it was planned for weeks, a week before Valentine’s. Flowers arrived fresh and arranged perfectly. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
They did an outstanding job of creating a beautiful arrangement in a short amount of time for my aunt's funeral.
Within a day of ordering, these gorgeous flowers and high quality associated greenery and card was hand delivered on time and obviously right after being cut and arranged (they were very fresh). They were for my wife of course (but there’s nothing wrong with anyone getting pink flowers seeing as how they are quite pretty) and she absolutely loved them. I was impressed with the hand written card (nice cursive penmanship) and the little envelope. For some reason the little “Love You” sticker really sticks out as an extra special cute thing. Another thing, Previous florists from other places would just print out the gift message but the fine folks at Kay’s wrote it out! I will definitely order from this florist again.
I love this florist but unfortunately, I keep calling and have visited there but no one answers.
