I ordered a birthday arrangement for a friend around 9:30am. Within moments, the florist called with disappointing news...they were out of the arrangement I requested. She offered a different arrangement and added extras at no charge. The gorgeous flowers were delivered by 11am! Beautiful arrangement...very happy with service!
